Children's Hospital of Philadelphia has received a $15 million gift to open a pediatric care center in Norristown.
The gift came from Athena and Nicholas Karabots of Fort Washington. Nicholas Karabots is chairman of the Spartan Organization Inc., which includes Kappa Publishing Group Inc., the country's largest publisher of puzzle magazines, the hospital said.
The new facility, which will be in downtown Norristown, will be called the Karabots Pediatric Care Center.
